GigE Vision is the default choice for factory floors: cables run up to 100 m, the protocol is robust against EMI, and nearly all vision software supports it. USB3 Vision offers higher bandwidth over shorter runs (3–8 m) with simpler cabling — great for benchtop and compact setups. 10GigE fits high-resolution or high-frame-rate sensors where 1 Gbps becomes the bottleneck.

Three things must line up: mount (C-mount, F-mount, M42...), image circle (the lens must cover the sensor diagonal), and focal length (determined by working distance and field of view). For precision metrology, telecentric lenses eliminate perspective distortion.

Direct Part Marking (dot-peen, laser-etched, inkjet on metal) needs a reader with a well-controlled lighting angle rather than raw resolution. Our ID-series industrial code readers handle 1D/2D codes including DataMatrix, QR and QR Micro; ID5000 and above are tuned for low-contrast DPM on machined metal.

Used units are fully tested: sensor noise, dead pixels, interface handshake and trigger I/O are verified before shipment, and cosmetic condition is described honestly (the glass and housing are photographed as-is).

New products carry a 12-month warranty; refurbished units carry 6 months. Support is handled by engineers, not scripts — wiring diagrams, GenICam/SDK setup and lighting advice are all included. If a unit fails within warranty, we repair or replace it after video diagnosis, and we keep common spare parts in stock.

Yes. We regularly deliver custom lens mounts, modified firmware (trigger modes, ROI readout), IR-cut / bandpass window options and private-label housings for integrators. MOQ depends on the modification — many firmware-level customizations have no MOQ at all.
