Shipping. Every order ships free of charge from China to anywhere in the world. Standard cross-border delivery takes about 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs handling. Tracking numbers are added to your account page once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
30-day returns. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number before shipping anything back — we will confirm the return address and process. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.
Defective or wrong items. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the ordered model, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refunds. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method, typically within 5 business days.
Warranty after 30 days. New products: 12-month limited warranty. Refurbished products: 6-month limited warranty. Contact [email protected] with your order number for warranty service.
Customs and duties. Import duties, taxes or brokerage fees, if any, are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price. We label parcels accurately and can provide invoices for customs purposes.
